A new Insurance Company in Beijing is seeking a self-motivated, marketing and sales-oriented, and driven individual with great management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company with major growth plans.
Duties:
Oversee all aspects of establishing and operating a company in Beijing.
Coordinate development and marketing of a new Chinese insurance program with support from local insurer and consultants, sales and marketing team, claims administration and a state of the art IT technology.
Manage operating finances and budgets
Report to the board of directors
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese
Marketing oriented
5+ years experience in general management, marketing or sales
Excellent project management and planning
Experience in strategy development and implementation
Exceptional interpersonal relationship and leadership
Preferred: experience in the Health Care and travel insurance market
A relevant academic degree from a western university
